The 10,000 Magnum™ Opener for Fertilizer Application—already known for its high-speed, low-disturbance capability—just became an even more versatile opener for growers. Yetter Farm Equipment has introduced the new 10000-080 mounting bracket option, which makes it possible to mount a row cleaner to the Magnum. The result is a combined fertilizer opener and residue manager that allows growers to achieve low-disturbance strip-till fertilizer application and clear strips.
The Magnum is a versatile fertilizer opener for fall, pre-plant and side-dress application of dry, liquid, and anhydrous fertilizers. It is capable of operating at up to 12 mph. The 10000-080 bracket is designed to be installed on the mounting bracket of the Magnum, allowing floating row cleaners to be attached in front of the unit. The bracket is available in left- and right-hand models.
