Yetter Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Macomb, Illinois. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, programming and setting up machines, and producing high-quality parts, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Load materials and monitor machine performance
Make adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards
Inspect finished products using measuring tools and gauges
Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment checks
Troubleshoot issues and work with team members to improve processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining, setup, and/or programming experience
Demonstrated proficiency with CNC machines, tooling, and machining processes
Strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and mathematical ability
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record

Role Specifics

First Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday plus required overtime as scheduled
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying seasonal temperatures, noise, machinery, and other typical factory conditions.
Physically active position requiring standing for the duration of the shift, repetitive work, and regular lifting up to 50lbs.
