Yetter Farm Equipment

Orders Now Being Taken for the New Falcon SF700

Strip-till toolbar collaboration between Yetter and Kinze officially ready for takeoff

At Kinze’s Product Innovation Day on June 23, Yetter and Kinze Manufacturing announced they were teaming up to launch the Falcon SF700™. This partnership of two family-owned companies combines over 150 years of experience in the agricultural equipment industry. The Falcon lineup is designed to eliminate barriers to strip-till adoption, so growers can transition to this proven practice with greater confidence, operational simplicity, and precision.

The Falcon integrates Yetter 2984 Stirp Freshener CC row units with Kinze’s 5700 toolbar platform. Ordering opened on June 29. Yetter Strip-Till Lead Product Specialist Andy Thompson was on hand at Kinze’s headquarters in Williamsburg, IA, for the launch, where he spoke more on the features of the Falcon, how it easily fits into an existing setup, and the benefits of strip-till as a practice.

“Yetter believes strip-till offers meaningful soil health and ROI advantages, and that simplifying adoption is key to helping growers realize those benefits,” said Thompson. “The Falcon SF700 makes strip-till systems easier to integrate into the way growers already farm. For example, if you have a 20- or 22-inch planter configuration, the Falcon comes right from the factory with that spacing option.”

Keeping planters aligned with strips is one main challenge that keeps many growers from adopting strip-till. The Falcon solves this issue by pairing Kinze’s guidance-ready 5700 toolbar platform with the Yetter Strip Freshener CC, which is equipped with in-cab control. With this setup, growers can keep strips consistent and centered in real time.

The Yetter Strip Freshener CC operates at speeds of 6–10 mph, depending on field conditions and setup. It also features parallel linkage and can be equipped for precision fertilizer placement. The Kinze toolbar platform’s weight transfer system supports consistency, and it features a narrow transport design, precision guidance compatibility, and options for narrow row width configurations.

These components work together to create an ideal seedbed environment while maintaining residue between rows. Growers can expect to see improved planter-to-strip alignment and precise nutrient placement.

The Falcon is available in the following configurations:

  • 16-row, 30″
  • 24-row, 30″
  • 24-row, 20″
  • 36-row, 20″
  • 24-row, 22″
  • 36-row, 22″

The Falcon SF700 will be sold and serviced through both Kinze and Yetter distribution. To learn more about the Falcon and the full Yetter strip-till lineup, contact your local dealer, call 800-447-5777, or email info@yetterco.com.
