The
Yetter 30" Avenger uses a 30" diameter coulter blade to
cut a narrow path for a unique knife which precision places fumigants
and fertilizers. The first deep trench seal is made by the knife sealer.
The skid plate and sealing wheels are used for the second seal - completing
the Double Seal System.
Only the AvengerŪ lets you place fumigants
12" deep with a superior Double Seal System.
This allows an optimum fumigant diffusion pattern and a larger zone
of control and retention compared to traditional shank systems.
The result: uniform fumigant activity for maximum weed, disease and
nematode control.
The Yetter AvengerŪ also minimizes soil disturbance
while fumigants are applied, even through the remnants (e.g. plastic
and string) of last year's crop. In fact, fumigants could be applied
to standing over crops in reduced till or non-till situations. The
AvengerŪ allows the application of a post-emergence herbicide in the
same trip due to minimal soil disturbance.
