The
linkage pivot points utilize high-wear bushings
for extended life. An adjustable stop permits
fine-tuning of the linkage for finite depth
control, and a handle is standard equipment
to ease depth adjustment.
The residue management
wheel component of the design offers all
the benefits of traditional Yetter residue
managers. The teeth on the wheel are wide
at the base and tapered to a broad, slanted
point to remove residue with clean strokes.
Each wheel is heat treated for additional
durability.
The residue manager hub uses
four carriage bolts with smooth heads to
eliminate residue snagging. Interior and
exterior seals protect the double row of
heavy-duty, greaseable bearings. The bolt-on
hubcap stays in place and keeps dirt out.
The Yetter parallel linkage residue managers
attach to the front of the planter row-unit
so residue managers and row-unit move in
tandem. The flexible design fits Case, Kinze,
White 6000, and John Deere planters. |
