The
Small Frame All Steer is a multi-use tool
for diverse situations. Use it to apply starter
fertilizer, herbicides, or insecticides during
strip tilling, planting, or cultivating.
It features a 1,000-gallon tank with the
broadest leg stance available. The legs are
molded in and act as baffles to reduce sloshing.
The compact tank design allows
for a shorter frame, which is perfect for
smaller planters or side-dress applicators.
A lighter load also means less draft, so
even tractors with limited horsepower are
capable of pulling the Small Frame All Steer.
A generous ground clearance of 24 inches
is another reason the Small Frame All Steer
is the perfect choice for side-dressing.
The A-shaped frame construction
with its wide stance and two-point connection
is stronger than the one-point connection
offered by many competitors.
The tires of the Small Frame
All Steer are high-flotation and feature
wide tread design. A large footprint distributes
the load over a wide area to prevent soil
compaction. Wheel spacing is adjustable.
The 120-inch standard setting offers outstanding
load stability while allowing the axles to
straddle the rows.
As in the All Steer High Capacity
Cart, each axle in the smaller frame is connected
to the tank saddle by a greasable fifth wheel
mechanism, which allows for steerage of both
axle assemblies. In this all-steer tire-tracking
system, the rear tires track behind the front
tires at all times, reducing compaction and
downed crops.
The new All-Steer model from
Yetter may be smaller, but it is still just
as mighty as its larger counterpart. Heavy-duty,
6-bolt hubs and durable tires and rims support
the axle assembly. The front axle pivots
horizontally, ensuring a smoother ride.
Wide-stance mounting lugs
are welded to the front axle for securing
the telescoping pull hitch. The telescoping
hitch ensures a consistent pull and speeds
hook-up to get you in the field faster. |
